I'm Annie, a professional dancer and personal trainer specializing in Calisthenics, Mobility, Flexibility and Dance Technique conditioning.  My passion lies in helping individuals unlock their skills and empowering dancers to reach their full potential through strength training. I have worked with a wide range of individuals, from professional dancers to beginners eager to enhance their flexibility.
